Collective Coaching & Conjure for Becoming The Liberatory Worldweavers of Our Time

The Ancestors say that we have everything we need for such a time as this.

How can we remember who we are beyond the nightmare of empire?

How can we use what’s in our hands to weave new worlds into being?

This is a space for the ones who refuse to go quietly into the night. This space is for the ones who wake up. The ones who claim the dark as sacred covering, backdrop of fugitivity, and holy element for conjuring marronage* and rematriation. This space is for the Freedom dreamers- the ones who dare to dream beyond the unjust systems we’ve inherited to shape worlds where all beings and lands are thriving and Free. This cohort asks—

What if we dreamed new worlds into being?

What kinds of leaders will we need to become for such worlds to be possible? What if our leadership was grown from sacred Purpose and deep relationality with all of Life?

What becomes possible in our movements and world-conjuring when we (re)center the creative Power of The Black Queer Feminist Radical Imagination and the gender-expansive Afro+Indigenous ancestral medicine-ways that colonial empire has worked so hard to erase?

What if pleasure, aliveness, care, and creativity were essential organizing principles in our lives, movements, and worlds we are co-creating? What if we didn’t have to do it alone?

This Circle is an Ancestral Calling, a song in a weary throat, a call-and-response conjuring that

We are The Creatrix for this time.

Who are The Creatrix? —

They are the gender-prismatic beings of our ancestral Creation Cosmologies who emerged from the sacred Black and spun form from the formless. They are the Shapers-of-Change and Weavers-of-new-Worlds beyond outdated oppressive and limiting paradigms. They are the Origin Mothxrs, Orishas, Lwas, and Nameless Ones beyond binary definition. They are the conjure womxn, the maroons, the root werqers, the granny midwives, the indigo weavers coloring our cosmologies into the fabrics we’ve forgotten are sacred. They are the ones hiding in plain sight, who make a way out of no way—like the ones who remembered they have wings, left plantations underfoot and flew away to Freedom Land.

We reawaken that same ancestral Genius, the Power to heal, shapeshift, and create beyond what we can see, beyond what currently feels possible.

In this cohort we will study and practice the worldweaving technologies—The Creatrix Codes, alive within our living lineages to become the Liberatory leaders we were always meant to be.

~(re)Defining Our Terms~

*Marronage:

Of or relating to the act of marooning. To slip away in the night. To emancipate or free oneself from the plantation, labor camp, oppressive empire, or whatever bondage holds you back. To then create for oneself and fellow fugitive kinfolk an alternative homeplace, society, and/or world encultured in Liberation and Sovereignty (while amidst said empire, but hidden in plain sight—see swamp, mangrove, bush, hi-ground, seaport, marketplace, backatown, masa’s kitchen, crossroads, and so on) using only what is in one’s hands, soul, and imagination to make it so.

The Creatrix Cohort is for you if—

  • You find yourself at a crossroads, in The Liminal, or beyond what you have previously known. You’re different now and something has changed—or perhaps is calling you to change, pulling at every thread of your being to shapeshift, to weave a new pattern, a new story, a new world into being. The path behind you can take you no further. You recognize it’s time to release the familiar, the outgrown, the too small—and begin a new journey, but you’re not quite sure where or how to begin..

  • You recognize that our current models of leadership are not working. You are dreaming of worlds grown from rematriation and rooted in Sovereignty. You are ready to do the foundational work of moving beyond disembodied intellectualizing, and actually practice decolonial Liberatory ways of living, working, and co-creating. You are longing to embody your sacred Purpose and contribute to movements and worldbuilding projects that center care, relationality, Land Liberation, collective Power and Spirit.

  • You’re tired of isolation and burnout from carrying the burden of unpacking the impacts of white-supremacist-heteropatriarchal-imperial-colonial violence alone. You’re tired of squeezing yourself into spaces that won’t hold the fullness of your experience, identities, or the nonlinear process of what alchemizing internalized oppression requires. You’re ready to make healing and Liberation a way of life and practice in sacred aligned community.

  • You’re on a journey of decolonizing your spirituality and you’re wondering what spiritual pathways, communities, and sacred lineages exist for those of us who are gender-expansive, IndigeQueer, Black Feminist, diasporic, living beyond the binary and so on. You want to learn from the ones who came before, the ones who made a way out of no way and left paths of stardust in their wake.

  • You are seeking to (re)connect with ancestral technologies that can offer culturally-grounded guidance, nervous system regulation, deeper Self-trust, and the cultivation of creative ingenuity amidst a chaotic oppressive world, so you can show up more fully embodied and present for the sacred work of this time.

  • You feel The Calling to Shape Change and allow Change to Shape you. You wonder what might be possible if you take up space in your Liberatory Power, befriend your fear, release imposter syndrome, and fall in love with living your Purpose. You know there is medicine within you longing to be revealed, and a community waiting for you to give your gifts, so that together we can reshape the world for future generations.

  • This cohort is for the worldweavers—social justice organizers, healing and spiritual practitioners, artists, therapists, educators, facilitators, coaches, consultants, worker-owned businesses, resource mobilizers, freedom dreamers and more. If you long to lead from a rootedness in sacred Purpose and you are dreaming of co-creating worlds where all beings and Lands are Loved, thriving and Free, then this space is for you.

Give yourself the gift of support—by being lovingly guided through four seasons of curated rituals and embodied practices for tending the wounds of oppression, alchemizing fear, and re-membering our Power to create worlds.

WHY LIBERATORY COLLECTIVE COACHING?

One of the strategies of colonial empire is that it others and criminalizes indigenous spiritual traditions and sacred ways of life for being inherently collective and community-oriented. Liberatory Collective Coaching is a Healing Justice intervention utilizing a participatory, Circle-based approach that is rooted in principles and practices of decoloniality, Liberatory Psychology, politicized somatics, and anti-oppression frameworks. It decenters the individual and recenters the power of the collective and community-based processes. It asks—

What might become possible in our healing and Liberation journeys when we bring the community— the village, the circle, the ceremony back into the process?

Liberatory Collective Coaching challenges western psychology and “bootstrap” self-help ideologies that blame and pathologize the individual, and instead takes a more integrative holistic approach- looking at the entire system and histories of oppression that have impacted the person, community, and Land as a collective body and ecosystem.

The Liberatory Collective Coaching methodology utilized in this cohort, known as Afro-Indigenous Liberatory Praxis, emphasizes trauma-informed interventions for healing the impacts of anti-blackness and indigequeer erasure by utilizing Afro-Indigenous reorientations that include embodiment techniques, ritual, story circles, Freedom singing, decolonial study, expressive arts therapeutic techniques, Indigenous Herbalism, and call-and-response Witnessing practices that bring the sacred ways and worldviews of our Ancestors back into our healing containers and movements.

A LIVING CURRICULUM BANNER.png

WHAT TO EXPECT: A LIVING CURRICULUM

The name of each section in this living curriculum is an Afro-Indigenous Liberatory teaching—because every element of a living curriculum is medicine. May these ancestral teachings spark the flames of re-membering that you are sacred and already Free.

*Please keep in mind this is a participatory living curriculum, so timelines may shift responding to the needs of The Circle.

THE CIRCLE IS SACRED | October-November 2026

Who are your people and where do they come from? What lands and waterways have shaped you? What becomes possible when we reorient to the wisdom of our ancestors?

We begin our spiral journey by drawing a Circle. In this section we acknowledge all the beings, medicines, and intentions we are bringing with us into this Circle of Creation. We prepare the ground of our being. Placing our feet in the river of The Ancestors, we honor our relationality that extends through and beyond time touching the Web of Life. We lay foundations—offering embodied rituals and protocols for tending our sacred Circle, engage altar as worldbuilding, and The Land as ancestral guide.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Welcome & Introductions

o   Circle Protocols

o   Liberatory Reorientations & Decolonial Foundations

o Ancestral (Re)Connections

o   Sacred Space & Altar Preparation

BLACK IS THE BEGINNING | December 2026-January 2027

What becomes possible when we make space to heal, grieve and unravel from all that is dying, and rebirth in the sacred dark?

In this section we return to the Sacred Black of our Origins where we meet The Black Madonnx. We liberate our time. Pouring molasses to slow the colonial clock, we create space for the pleasure of presence, audacious rest, and embodied ease to set our pace. We adorn our beds as altars for our Freedom dreams to come alive.  We welcome the grieving that longs to move through us as we take time to shed, release, and unravel the knots of oppression. From these rituals of renewal, we reweave (re-member) our wholeness.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Liberatory Rites-of-Passages & Navigating The Liminal

o   Grief as Medicine

o   Sacred Cycles & Liberating Time

o   Reparatory Rest & Dreaming Freedom

A STORY IS A SEED, A SEED IS A WORLD | February-March 2027

What stories are we living within, and what becomes possible when we begin to sing a new Creation song? What is the polyrhythm of our shared resistance? What are the seeds of our becoming?

In this section we re-member storytelling as a worldbuilding technology woven with sacred instructions and blueprints to Liberation. Venerated Ancestor, Harriet Tubman gathers us ‘round, calls us to place ear to earth and listen to the land. We feel the heartbeat of ancestral Freedom dreams planted long ago, a polyrhythm of gender-expansive Black and Indigenous Creation Stories alive beneath our feet and growing all around us. We learn to tend this garden of dreams, and plant our own seeds to flourish within them. We eat from this ancestral garden, preparing meals that call in abundance and season new cycles with Liberatory intendings.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Seed Medicine

o   Storytelling as Worldbuilding

o   Sacred Sound & The Oral Tradition as Resistance Technology

o   The Earth Speaks – Healing, Nourishing, and Listening with the Land

SPIRIT IS ALL | April-May 2027

What becomes possible when we reconnect to our relationality with All of Life? Who do we become when we shed the untruths imposed upon us, and embrace the expansiveness of our interbeing? What will we choose to co-create with our Liberatory Power?

This section explores the practical world-building implications of spiritual alignment. Releasing the paradigms of colonization, we unapologetically reclaim the misappropriated “woo” as remembered ancestral wisdom. We learn from the granny midwives, conjure womxn, and subversive medicine ways of our Liberatory lineages. Through guided rituals, embodied practices, and sacred reorientations, we gather a medicine bundle full of offerings for how to spiritually care for ourselves and one another amidst a world in crisis. Remembering that radical means to address the root, we look beneath the soil, beneath what is visible to werq the metaphysical roots and conjure new worlds.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Ancestral Cosmologies

o   Metaphysical Root-werqing & Conjuring Emergent Worlds

o   Growing Beyond the Binary, Expanding into Agency

o   The Spiritual Anatomy of Free Beings

o   Spiritual Hygiene & Protection

WHAT YOU SEEK IS SEEKING YOU | June-July 2027

What becomes possible when we reveal the gifts that only we can bring? When leading from Love becomes greater than our fear? How do we live and lead when we are open to awe, guided by ancestral wisdom, and embodied in interdependent wholeness?

This section is a journey into exploring our sacred Purpose—essential groundwork for understanding our contribution to rematriation and cultivating more Sovereign worlds. Following the cartographies of our Desire, we heed the call to prepare our sacred offerings for such a time as this. Enlivened by the pleasure of practice, we reveal our Liberatory Role(s), becoming the Creatrix we were always meant to be.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Desire as Divination

o   The Somatics of Sacred Purpose

o   Liberatory Role(s) Revelation

o   Freedom Mapping

o   Liberatory Leadership Preparation towards Sovereign Worlds

A CLOSING IS AN OPENING | August-September 2027

As we make our way around the Circle, how have we shaped Change? How has Change shaped us?

We take time to witness all we have gathered and revealed in our medicine bundles along the spiral journey that deserves to be celebrated. We acknowledge what we are closing and turn towards a new horizon opening. These closing circles honor the shores we have released, the community we’ve cultivated through our crossing, and the Creatrix we are becoming as we land in Freedom.

Summary of what we will explore:

o   Story Circles for Reflection & Integration

o   Closing & Transitional Rituals

o   *Lagniappe Invitations: i.e. an (optional) In-Person Retreat in Fall 2027!  –  more info coming soon with special rates available for cohort participants
